• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Certain items (such as perishable goods, digital products, or personalized items) are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info@missia.co.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
